The Ombudsman is responsible for defending and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the end consumer, within the scope of the activity carried out by the CVRVV.
The main duties of the Consumer Ombudsman are to forward consumer complaints and requests for information to the CVRVV Quality Department and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the CVRVV processes directly related to the end consumer of products certified by the CVRVV.
